Nancy Ifemesia, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC is an acute care nurse practitioner with a focus on adult and gerontology care. She has over 12 years of healthcare experience that includes various inpatient and outpatient settings caring for patients 18years and above. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Stony Brook University, Stonybrook, New York and then earned her Master of Science degree at University of Texas at Arlington. She is nationally certified by ANCC.

At Revital Health and Wellness, Nancy utilized evidence-based model in the management of acute and chronic health conditions. Her bedside and critical care experiences have shaped her practice in providing patient-centered care.

She is very passionate about prevention and the promotion of wellness. She believes in the mind/body connection and takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on total body health to manage patient’s symptoms and/or disease. She works closely with each patient to manage their health concerns implementing personalized treatment plans with a goal to reach a happy, healthy self. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the movies, reading, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
